What customers say?

“ I ordered a personal thin crust margarita pizza earlier today. It was actually insane to say the very least. The crust was perfect. The sauce was perfect. The cheese was perfect. It was perfect. Thank you for leaving my taste buds a memory they’ll never forget: the first taste of a Frankie’s pie. ”

“ Have had Frankie's pizza a few times. Each time I love it more and more. Great pizza is in this guy's blood. My family has been buying pizza from his family for 30+ years. It was a special night in our house when we got Tony's. And I feel the same about Frankie's. Definitely my go to place when I want to order a pizza. ”

“ I’ve been hearing great things about Frankie’s on my town’s FB forum so decided to stop in and give it a try for myself. I’m glad I did, the pizza and customer service did not disappoint! My best friend ordered a personal sized Margherita. Unfortunately, it came out soupy in the middle (to the point where if she lifted a slice, all the sauce/cheese would’ve slid off). She was hesitant to bring it to their attention because she’s not one to complain, but glad she did because Frankie graciously fixed her up a new one - no questions asked. The 2nd Margherita came out perfectly! I ordered a personal Hawiian and love that it comes with both ham and bacon. At most pizza joints a Hawiian is just ham and pineapple, and adding bacon of course is an up-charge. I appreciate that Frankie’s makes a Hawiian just the way I like it! I’m also a crust girl, and frankie’s does it right! It is deliciously thin (but not floppy), slightly charred, and perfectly airy. Al-in-all, I’m glad they’ve moved into the neighborhood! Their location is where the old Luigi’s used to be (next to Li’s Brother’s). There is no option for delivery yet, and the restaurant is only big enough to fit 2 high-top, 2 seater tables; however, next door is 1WayBrewing Co. to which you can bring your pies over, have a seat, and enjoy a beer there with your pizza(s). ”

“ Super small shop serving up huge flavor with their pies. Like seriously medium here is like a large anywhere else! The crust is like New Haven and New York had a baby. Service is excellent. My new go-to. Get the pizza Bianca ”

“ First time trying Frankie’s, it was worth the wait!! Best fried dough and the ranch BBQ chicken pizza was amazing. The staff was friendly and kept checking on our order, and you can even watch them making the food. Great prices and great staff. I think we found our new pizza spot! ”

“ Finally tried Frankie's. Ordered 2 pizzas: a small cheese, a small hamburg/peppers/mushrooms, and a steak/cheese and mushrooms grinder. The pizzas were very good size for a small! Cheese pizza had very good flavor, good cheese taste. The combo was also very tasty. Fresh shrooms, not canned. Thin crust with good texture. Steak grinder was ok. I think it was done a while before the pizzas and that impacted the quality. Cheese was set up, not gooey. Will have to reorder and try it again. Definitely this is our place to go for pizza now! ”

“ I love Frankie’s! I moved back to the area recently and this shop has become my family’s go-to for good pizza. Always hot and delicious, and I was surprised by the generous size of their medium pizza. I especially recommend the Combo, Clams Casino, and Triple S specialty pies. ”

“ Feels just like home. The atmosphere brings back memories of the great mom-and-pop pizza spots I grew up with around New Haven/North Haven. The crust is perfect, the pizza is excellent, and the calzone is one of the best I’ve ever had. Prices are great too. Definitely worth checking out. Update: After 5 visits the quality has remained superb. I branched out and tried the "fia" pizza on one half and it was phenomenal. Frankie's take on the viral pesto, vodka and red sauce pizza blew me away definitely give it a try. ”
